Receive Your Completed Build
Your 3–5-business-day delivery window begins after the Zoom meeting, required source material, and any necessary factual clarification are complete.
You may request one consolidated in-scope revision round within seven calendar days of delivery and a second consolidated round within seven calendar days of the revised delivery.
The Zoom meeting must occur within 30 calendar days of purchase unless another arrangement is confirmed in writing. With your permission, the meeting is audio-recorded and transcribed only to prepare and quality-check the Build. The recording and transcript are deleted 30 days after final delivery.
